Two scheduled Home Watch checks per year during the time your seasonal home sits vacant and unoccupied—built for a part-time or snowbird property, not a home you live in year-round (see HomeTame Seasonal for that).

HomeTame Essential

Ongoing monthly Home Watch with one scheduled property check each month.

Arrange a walkthrough in advance; availability depends on scheduling, a safe visit, and an adequate internet or cellular connection. Live video is not continuous monitoring or a licensed home inspection and does not replace the visit report. Ask in your message and share your preferred times; HomeTame will confirm availability and send the meeting invitation. To reduce phishing risk, we only use meeting links provided by HomeTame and do not accept customer-supplied meeting links. If an invitation looks suspicious, contact info@hometame.com to verify it before opening.
