Choosing a package & understanding fees
The $295/week option focuses on already-vacant cleanup and limited appointments. Essential at $525/week adds task tracking for a defined repair or refresh project with up to three providers.
The $149 assessment includes photographs, written observations, priorities, a preliminary task list, and recommended next steps. It is separate from weekly management, detailed contractor estimates, and a full construction scope.
All calls, messages, visits, scheduling, and reporting count toward included hours. Visits are maximums, not guaranteed minimums; the schedule is agreed in advance. Travel time and fees, unused hours, minimum engagement, renewal or end dates, cancellation, and authorization limits are defined in writing. No extra work or charges proceed without the required owner approval.
HomeTame coordinates and documents visible conditions, not continuous construction supervision or workmanship guarantees. Technical inspections, licensed trade work, and code-compliance certification require appropriately qualified professionals.

Direct, hands-on care
You deal directly with HomeTame, not a call center or a network of strangers. Home Watch plans can be customized to your property, and small jobs found during a visit can be handled by HomeTame itself, billed at time and materials and agreed with you first. Work that requires a licensed contractor is coordinated with a qualified licensed provider. Service is subject to address and availability.

How do Concierge and Small Project Management differ?
Concierge is $299/month with four scheduled Home Watch visits and two hours of general maintenance and vendor coordination. Small Project Management is $499/month with four scheduled Home Watch visits and three coordination hours dedicated to one agreed small project's task list, approved contractor scheduling, progress follow-up, and project-specific updates. Additional approved membership coordination is $75/hour; project-management time remains $85/hour. These are alternative offers, not two automatically bundled sets of benefits.
Does membership include weekly project management?
No. Assessment and weekly Property Project Management packages require a separate written scope and fees. Contractor labor, materials, permits, disposal, and specialist inspections are separate. No work or extra charges proceed without the authorization required by your agreement.
What do reports and photographs cover?
Every scheduled visit in a fixed membership plan includes a digital report with photographs and observations of agreed, accessible areas. Reports document visible conditions; they are not technical inspections, code-compliance certification, continuous supervision, or a guarantee of contractor workmanship.
How are availability, payment, and cancellation handled?
HomeTame confirms your address, availability, scope, included allowances, price, additional fees, and cancellation/refund terms in writing before payment. No payment is collected on this website, and an inquiry does not enroll you or book an appointment.
