What can go unnoticed at your home?

  • A small leak can turn into major water damage.
  • An HVAC problem can go unnoticed for weeks.
  • A door or window can be left unsecured.
  • A storm can damage the roof, yard, or gutters.
  • A pool or landscape problem can keep growing.
  • A contractor may need someone to let them in while you are away or busy at work.

That's where HomeTame comes in. Whether you are traveling, busy, or living there full time, we are your local eyes on the property: checking, documenting, and helping you respond when something needs attention.

Sample property report

Know what's happening at your home, without being there.

After a scheduled property visit, receive a clear report documenting what was checked and observed.

  • Interior and exterior observations
  • Photos from the property
  • Doors, windows, and visible water concerns
  • HVAC, pool, and landscape observations
  • Unusual conditions and items needing attention

Property checks are visual observations, not licensed home, engineering, or security inspections. Services and observations vary by plan, property, and accessibility.

Common questions

What is Home Watch?

Home Watch is a scheduled visual check of your property by a local person. HomeTame looks for visible problems such as leaks, damage, or signs of unusual access, then sends you photos and written notes.

Is HomeTame a security or alarm service?

No. HomeTame provides visual property checks and observations. It does not replace alarm monitoring, security services, or licensed inspections.

Do I have to be away for you to check my home?

No. HomeTame works for primary homes, second homes, seasonal homes, and rentals. You choose the support that fits how you use the property.

Do you enter my home?

Only if you authorize it. Access follows your instructions, and visits are documented.

What if you find a problem?

We document it with photos and let you know. You decide what happens next, and we can help coordinate a local vendor with your approval.

How much does it cost?

The Annual Home Health Check is $149 once a year. Ongoing Home Watch memberships start at $149 per month. Pricing depends on the plan and property.
