What is Home Watch?
Home Watch is a scheduled visual check of an unoccupied or intermittently occupied property. Visits document visible conditions and communicate concerns; they are not licensed inspections, alarm monitoring, or a guarantee against damage or crime.
What can a property visit include?
Depending on the property and service plan, a visit may include visual observations of accessible interior and exterior areas, entry points, visible water or HVAC concerns, and other agreed checklist items.
How often can my property be checked?
Visit frequency depends on your property, how long you will be away, your preferences, and the selected service. Contact HomeTame to discuss an appropriate schedule.
Will I receive photos?
Photo updates and visit reports depend on the service arrangement. HomeTame can confirm what documentation is included for your property and plan.
Can HomeTame coordinate vendors or repairs?
HomeTame does small jobs itself. Minor household tasks found during a visit, for example changing air filters or light bulbs and other minor fixes, are billed at time and materials and agreed with you first. Work that needs a licensed contractor, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or roofing, goes to a qualified licensed provider that HomeTame coordinates. For larger repairs, with your authorization, HomeTame coordinates access and communication with the provider, who remains responsible for their work.
Where does HomeTame provide service?
HomeTame lists selected communities in Arizona and California. Availability depends on the property address and requested service; use the service-area page or contact HomeTame to confirm coverage.
How do I get started?
Send your contact details, property location, and the service you are considering. HomeTame can follow up about availability and next steps.
