Arrival service

Before your visit, an arrival service may be arranged around your property and plan. It can include:

• Interior and exterior property observations and accessible entry-point checks
• Visible leak, damage, pest, temperature, or maintenance observations
• Agreed thermostat, utility, plumbing, lighting, refrigerator, and appliance checks
• Cleaning, landscaping, pool, restocking, package, and vendor coordination
• Photos and an arrival report when included

Departure service

After you leave, a departure visit may help prepare the property for an extended absence. It can include:

• Interior and exterior checks; designated doors, windows, garages, and access points
• Agreed thermostat settings and accessible plumbing observations
• Turning off designated appliances, lights, or systems as instructed
• Trash, refrigerator/freezer, outdoor furniture, or other agreed property tasks
• Alarm or security-system checks when authorized
• Vendor coordination, photos, and a departure report when included

Home Watch while you're away

A departure visit prepares the property for your absence; scheduled Home Watch can continue during the time away. If a visible concern is found, HomeTame can document and notify you, then help coordinate a qualified provider when authorized and available.

Optional preparation services

Cleaning, groceries or restocking, pool and spa preparation, landscaping, package placement, maintenance appointments, handyman work, vehicle preparation, materials, and third-party services depend on location, vendor availability, and your agreement.

Every visit documented

When included in your service, a digital report may contain photos, completed checklist items, observations, and recommended follow-up. Visit scope follows the agreed checklist.

Scope and limitations

The visit checklist follows the agreed service and property. Cleaning, vendors, materials, and services outside the included scope may be billed separately.
