For already-vacant rental recovery, turnover, and multi-contractor repairs, HomeTame coordinates approved providers, authorized access, task tracking, photos, and owner updates. Scope and availability are confirmed before work begins.

Turnover checks may help identify visible property conditions between stays and coordinate requested cleaning, supply checks, maintenance, yard or pool service, and vendor visits. HomeTame can complement an existing property manager; it is not automatically a rental-management service. Cleaning, labor, purchases, and third-party vendors may be separately arranged or quoted.
Rental Property Care starts at Starting at $149/month; Rental Property Plus starts at Starting at $229/month; Rental Concierge starts at Starting at $399/month. Visit frequency, reporting, coordination allowance, and final scope are specified in writing for each property before enrollment.
HomeTame can complement an existing rental manager but does not replace owner or manager responsibilities. Owners remain responsible for applicable permits, licenses, HOA rules, local rental regulations, guest operations, and arranging any required management services. Service scope depends on property, access, plan, and vendor availability.
