Emergency Home Services — Get Help When Your Home Needs It Most

Away from home, managing a rental, or facing an urgent repair? HomeTame reviews your request, checks availability, and with your approval schedules a qualified provider to come to your home. We coordinate the visit and confirm the appointment details with you.

This is an email inquiry service, not live emergency dispatch or a guaranteed 24/7 response. Local provider availability and response times must be confirmed. Do not wait for this form if you need immediate assistance.

Request urgent help after the scene is safe

Three levels of homeowner help

Critical emergencies

Immediate danger requires responders or the utility first. Never rely on an email form for safety assistance.

Urgent home repairs

Once safe, request repair coordination for leaks, failed HVAC, broken locks, damaged glass, or other urgent problems.

Property protection & recovery

Request observations, photos, approved vendor access, mitigation coordination, and documentation.

Major emergency home service calls

Critical and High describe the issue, not dispatch priority or a guaranteed response time. Active danger requires emergency responders or the utility first. Request contractor help only after the scene is safe.

How the request works

  1. After the scene is safe, tell us the problem, property location, requested timing, and whether you are away.
  2. HomeTame reviews your request and checks availability with an appropriate provider. Submitting the form alone does not confirm an appointment.
  3. With your approval, HomeTame schedules the provider to come to your home, coordinates the visit, and confirms the appointment details with you. We may handle eligible small jobs directly; trade repairs require appropriate professionals.
  4. Scope, availability, billing arrangements, and any separate coordination or on-site assistance fee are disclosed and agreed before work. Membership does not automatically include repairs.

Urgent pricing depends on the actual damage, service-call fee, after-hours policy, and provider. We do not invent emergency surcharges or apply routine repair estimates to hazardous restoration work.

Tell us what is happening. This sends an email inquiry to HomeTame; it is not a live emergency dispatch service. If immediate help cannot wait, contact an available qualified provider directly.

Safety before a service request

For immediate danger, active fire, suspected gas leaks, electrical fire hazards, medical emergencies, or crimes in progress, contact 911 or the utility emergency line from a safe location first. Avoid flooding, sewage, damaged structures, and downed lines. Do not wait for HomeTame or enter an unsafe property.

This form is not monitored emergency dispatch and does not guarantee a response time.

HomeTame reviews your request, checks provider availability, and with your approval schedules an appropriate professional to come to your home. We coordinate the visit and confirm appointment details with you, or handle an eligible small job directly. Submitting this form alone does not confirm an appointment or guarantee an arrival time. Scope and charges are confirmed before work begins.

Live video walkthroughs during scheduled property checks and virtual meetings are available upon request. Arrange a walkthrough in advance; availability depends on scheduling, a safe visit, and an adequate internet or cellular connection. Live video is not continuous monitoring or a licensed home inspection and does not replace the visit report. Ask in your message and share your preferred times; HomeTame will confirm availability and send the meeting invitation. To reduce phishing risk, we only use meeting links provided by HomeTame and do not accept customer-supplied meeting links. If an invitation looks suspicious, contact info@hometame.com to verify it before opening.
